We have been taught, conned programmed or some other appropriate words to complete this thought. The thought being that it is wonderful and right to help or desire to help people. This is an adventure of exploring that aspect of my life. Although I build this post to help or desire to help people, It may only be for self expression. I came to Wealthy Affiliate to learn and earn should the learning lead to earning.

Each day I spend time: at least

• Seek Divine Guidance
• Do Kata
• Practicing with standing punching bag.
• Exercise using flexibility routines and kicking
• Strengthening exercises
• Cardiovascular training

• Rest appropriately
• Searching for methods to improve
• Teaching

9:12 PM Occipital/temporal lobe Stroke I was acting even more strangely than usual. I was telling my neighbor about technology taking over our lives. Things that were not really there were appearing in my apartment. I am not absolutely certain of all the things the things I was doing. My neighbor, Donna, who had experienced a stroke in 1998 recognized the signs of difficultly I was having. Soon after I was seeing two men in my apartment that should not be there. I was not aware that Donna had called 911. The mysterious men were from the Prosser Memorial Hospital. They were there to take me away.
